1. Pre-Sale
- Meeting with you to assess your needs.
- Organizing, Inventorying, Indexing items for sale.
- Researching values and pricing items for sale.
- Advertising, marketing and managing the sale.
- To bring customers, we will advertise your sale on several estate sale and social media sites and apps. Additionally, we place ads in the local newspapers, send mailings to our extensive customer database, and place professional, directional signs in the neighborhood of the upcoming sale.
2. Sale
- Sales typically held on-site for one to three days with our qualified staff.
- No outlay of costs to you. We take a percentage from the estate sale proceeds, which is agreed upon between you and J & J prior to entering into a contract.
3. Post-Sale
- After the sale, we offer optional services such as boxing up unsold items for donation, obtaining a donation receipt, haul-away services, clean-up for new tenants or real estate photographs.
